My online order was forgotten about, had to wait extra time, Onion bargies were cold, my food lacked flavour, coconut naan and coconut rice and had a classic tikka massala, and the salad lettuce was brown!?! A chief was smoking in the top walk way by the kitchen. There were approx 3 tables eating in the restaurant and 2x chefs cooking, 1 x person sorting the orders. I was ignored initially so waited like 5mins at the pick up window. Disappointed.

To start with the order was messed up: despite my specifications in BLOCK CAPS for no leaf coriander, it was just as well I checked before leaving as they had used it in my dish. Being fair, the chef overheard me talking to the receptionist and said that he had used it, and I was asked to take a seat while another was prepared. When I got home my wife's chicken was covered in burnt onions, and the outside of the chicken was "rather dark"!!! My Naga lamb was swimming in oil which needed to be dried off before I could serve it. It tasted fine, but not as good as elsewhere. Over all, I was rather disappointed! I'll stick with Zeera in Llandrindod Wells.

We often us Indian Ocean always a lovely Indian, piping hot and really tasty. Unfortunately got the wrong curry again. This is about the 4th time our order had been incorrect. Luckily we live in town and it was resolved and workers are very polite, wish kitchen staff would check order before sending it.

Food was sloppy. We ordered online to collect. Order was wrong. We ordered chips but didn’t receive any. Very expensive. Poor quality. Very disappointing. Never again. Horrible

Good indian meal ordered online. Reasonably priced. Ready in time given. Still hot when back at our cottage. We were visiting Howey and so had to do pot luck between here or Zeera (Llandod). If you're not sure, we were happy with our meal and service here. Easy to park outside here on an evening as on street parking is free. August 2024.
